Ingredients

    3 serving Egg white, large
    2 cup Cauliflower Rice - Costco
    .75 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tbsp La Choy Soy Suace (by BRYCEDOMAILLE)
    4 oz Honey Roasted Turkey Breast (Deli Select Ultra Thin)

Directions

step 1
Cook cauliflower rice in the microwave for 5 to 6 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute before carefully opening the bag.

Step 2
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Cover the bottom and 1/2 inch of the basket sides with aluminum foil.

Step 3
Mix cauliflower rice, eggs, Turkey, onions, and soy sauce in a bowl until well combined.

Step 4
Air fry for 5 minutes. Remove the basket and stir the cauliflower mixture. Return to air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
