Ingredients

1 cup diced Potato, raw
1/4 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
4 TBS Nutritional Yeast
1/4 tsp Paprika
pinch of Cayenne Pepper
1/2 cup cooked white beans (well washed if canned)
1 TBS lemon juice
Tips
I got this recipe from Eat Plant Based site....there are several variations and ways to make this. But it tastes excellent.
Directions
Cook the potato onion and carrot until really tender in 2 to 3 cups of water until veggies are really soft. Drain BUT reserve the liquid. Add drained veg to a blender. Add about 1 cup reserved liquid, then the rest of the ingredients. Blend until really smooth and creamy. Add more of the reserved liquid as needed to get the consistency that you like.
Serving Size: makes 3 cups - serving size is 1/4 cup for nutritional values
