Ingredients

1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
2.25 tsp Baking Powder
5 serving King Arthur White Whole Wheat Flour (per 1/4 cup Serving size)
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
1.25 cup Milk, 1%
2 Scoop MuscleTech Phase 8 Protein Vanilla (1 scoop serving size cmr)
Directions
Preheat the waffle iron.
Mash the banana in a medium bowl. Add the, milk and egg and stir until combined.
Add the flour, and baking powder and stir just until combined (do not over mix the batter or waffles will be tough.)
Pour enough of the batter onto the waffle iron to just cover the sections, close the lid and cook until golden brown.
Remove the hot waffles from the iron and serve immediately with maple syrup. Refrigerate leftovers or freeze for future use.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 8 to 10 waffles
