    1 1/2 cup Frozen Fruit, Mixed (Strawberry, Peach, Mango, Pineapple)
    1/3 cup Cabot Greek Yogurt, Whole Milk Plain
    1/3 cup Walnuts
    1 Banana, Small (6" to 6 7/8")
    2 tbsp Nutribiotic Vanilla Rice Protein Powder
    1/2 serving of Miralax
    1 tsp Vitamin C, Ascorbic Acid powder

Directions
