Ingredients

Pancakes:
2 tbsp. Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats)
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
0.5 tsp. Baking powder
1 Pinch Salt
1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
0.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
Olive oil to grease pan
Toppings:
Sugar free Jams (marmalade or strawberry)
1 small block of low- fat butter
Chocolate chips
2 tsp. honey
0.5 tsp. chocolate syrup
Trail Mix dry fruits (raisins, walnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts) for garnish or as per your diet plan.

Preparing Pancakes:
Take oats add Cinnamon, Salt and baking powder grind them. Now put them in a bowl add egg and milk and make a mixture. not very runny. keeping the consistency in view you may add more milk but remember oats soak milk do not make it very runny.
Take a pan grease olive oil and make pancakes just like regular pancakes.
In a plate keep your pancakes. add butter in one layer, add honey and chocolate chips. pour chocolate syrup on it. you can even add chocolate syrup in between. you can use jams as a garnish on top or a dip on the side as you prefer. use trail mix dry fruits to garnish. black raisins are highly recommended.
