Ingredients

    6 oz Pink Salmon (fish) -skin and bones removed
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    12 Premium Plus Whole Wheat Soda Crackers
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Remove skin and bones (if desired) from salmon. Add 6 crushed crackers and egg and mix well. Form into 2 patties. Crush remaining 6 crackers and coat each side of patties with crumbs. Fry in olive oil on medium heat till well browned on each side.
