Ingredients

3/4 cup Blueberries, fresh
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1-2tbsps Sweetner (powdered)
225 grams Cream Cheese
Tips
Awesome fat bombs.
Directions
Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour, or soften it in the microwave on the defrost setting.
Place all of the ingredients together in a high quality blender, and blend until well combined (start with 1 tbsp of sweetener, and then do a taste test and add another tbsp, if desired).
Spoon the mixture into a large ice cube tray or silicone mold.
Cover the tray with foil or plastic wrap, and freeze for 2 hours or more.
Once frozen, the cream cheese cubes should easily slide out of your tray.
Can store them in a plastic freezer bag for easy access later.
