Ingredients

    6c Diced Boiled Potatoes
    10Tbsp Reduced Fat Best Foods Mayo
    5Tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing(any generic will do)
    1/4c Yellow Mustard
    1c Diced Celery (include Leaves if possible)
    1Tbsp Salt (or to taste)
    1 Tbsp Black Pepper(or to taste)

Directions

Peel and boil approximately 8 medium sized potatos to equal 6 cups boiled.
Let potatos cool for approx 30 minutes.
Place potatos in large mixing bowl, with remaining ingredients. After mixing ingredients, use a potato masher and gently mash some of the salad. Mix again to spread the creaminess of the salad. Repeat process is further creaminess is desired.
Recipe can be reduced if necessary.
