Ingredients

    Ingredients
    1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
    1 tbsp fresh thyme
    2 tsp fresh oregano - finely minced (if you don't have fresh, use 1/2 tsp dried flakes)
    2 tbsp Kraft Calorie Reduced Greek Dressing
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (you can omit this if lemon's not your thing)

    6 cups shredded Romaine lettuce
    3 cups diced tomato
    1 cup thinly sliced red onion
    2 ounces crumbled light feta cheese
    1 english cucumber, thinly sliced
    1 (19-ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed



Directions

Preparation
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir with a whisk. Add lettuce and the next 6 ingredients (lettuce through chickpeas); toss well.

Black olives can be added as well - but have not been calculated in calories.

Yield 5 - 3 cup servings
