Ingredients

    2 1/2 c. uncooked whole wheat pasta
    1 small bunch of green onions, finely chopped (about 8 onions)
    2 1/2 med. size tomatoes
    2 c. celery, pulsed in food prcessor
    1 1/4 c. light mayonaise
    5 tsp. white vinegar
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    salt
    pepper
    onion powder
    garlic powder

Directions

Cook pasta, drain and rinse in cold water.
In large bowl, combine pasta, green onion, tomato and celery.
In small bowl, combine mayo, vinegar.
Pour over pasta and toss to coat. Add in garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Just before serving, add bacon.
