Ingredients

    1.0 tsp Salt
    3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.5 cup Cereal Quaker Oatmeal Reg 1/2c dry = 150cals (40g) Old Fashioned Oats Whole Grain Regular
    2.0 cup frozen blueberries

Directions

Cooking in pressure cooker, vent closed on manual pressure for 5 min. Can vent and eat right away or leave sit over night and enjoy in morning. You can leave out blueberries and cook plain for 4 min. You can also make as much or little as you want. 1 part oats and 2 parts water no matter how big or small. Cooking times are the same. Serving Size: Makes 4, 1 cup of oatmeal.
