Ingredients

12 oz Beef - corned beef
    2.75 cup diced Potato, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tsp Garlic
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1.5 tsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
2 tbsp Cooking Oil (Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Canola, or Vegetable)
    0.5 tsp Salt

Tips

May cook a little longer at the end depending on how browned that you desire your hash to be.

Directions

1. Put 2 tablespoons of oil (Extra Virgin Olive, Canola, or vegetable) in large warm skillet. Stir in Potatoes and Onion, cover and cook for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 1 tablespoon of oil as needed to keep from sticking. Uncover and add the chopped garlic and seasonings and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until potatoes start to brown.
2. Add the Corned Beef and butter and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes until Corned Beef is hot and beginning to brown.
3. Serve with eggs (fried, scrambled, or poached), if desired. Add about 100 calories per egg depending on cooking method.

Serving Size: Makes about 1 cup per serving.
