    1.0 small Yellow Bell Pepper,
    1.0 carrot Carrots
    1.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Broccoli
    2.0 tbsp Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Salt
    Pepper
    Spices as wanted

Directions

Slice veggies, season to taste, bake in oven @400°F for 30 minutes
