Ingredients

    1.5 cup Orzo Pasta- Uncooked by Primo (by GIRLFRIDAY7)
    1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)
    1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    8 oz Feta Cheese
    56 grams Black Olives
    .25 cup Herb, Parsley, Fresh
    .5 tsp Dried Oregano (by ARCTIC.ORCA)
    0.50 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
    2 serving artichokes (canned)

Directions

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Drain artichoke heats, reserving liquid.
2. In large bowl combine pasta, artichoke hearts, tomato, cucumber, onion, feta, olives, parsley, lemon juice, oregano and lemon pepper. Toss and chill for 1 hour in refrigerator.
3. Just before serving, drizzle reserved artichoke marinade over salad.
