Ingredients

    6 oz Jenny-O turkey store ground turkey
    6 oz Ground beef, lean
    2 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)
    5 oz Pasta, Lasagna Noodles
    1.5 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk
    6 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    .75 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

- brown meat together, drain, add marinara
- mix egg, 1/4 cup Parmesan and ricotta, season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil
- cook noodles
- in greased 9" x 9" pan, layer sauce, noodles, ricotta, sauce, mozzarella, noodles, ricotta, sauce, mozzarella, noodles, sauce, mozzarella, remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan.
- cover with foil, bake 350 45 minutes, uncover and bake 15 minutes. Let rest 15 minutes, cut into 9 pieces
