Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat butter and sugar together for 1-2 minutes, or until well combined. Then, mix in vanilla extract. Add flour and salt and continue mixing until combined. (Will be crumbly but when you gather ingredients will come together). Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness on floured surface. Cut with cookie cutter. Place on parchment paper. Bake for 12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Allow to cool on baking sheet for 5-10 minutes. Then carefully remove to wire rack to cool completely.
