Introduction

Sometimes I crave PIZZA and want to have something I throughly enjoy and has a true caloric definition and this one is my go to! I make the dough homemade with whole wheat flour to add to it's nutritional value and fill me up with bread as opposed to so much cheese. Each slice is one full ounce of cheese. You can bump up the protein by adding more lean hamburger meat. And check it out, only 24% fat! That is a win in my diet plan on lot's of levels!     4 gram(s) Yeast Dried (1 Tsp = 4grams) (by SIRIUSSUE)
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4 oz Organic Valley Raw Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    4 oz 93/7 Ground Sirloin
    1 cup Green Mill Classic Pizza Sauce (by HEALTHYEMAN)
    .5 small Onions, raw
    10 piece Sun Dried Tomatoes

Tips

A quarter of this pizza with a salad is about all you will need. So satisfying. You can add more vegetables and other lean meats if desired although it will affect total calories.
