Introduction

Necessity is mother of invention. I developed gout and can’t have yeast. I also have CHF , so store bought was out of question. Thus my Crackers was born. Necessity is mother of invention. Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    .25 cup Olive Oil
    .25 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Garlic powder

Directions

Mix flour,baking soda, spices in bowl. Add oil and water. Mix well. Roll out in very thin layer. Cover oven rack with aluminum foil. Place rolled out dough on oven rack. Perforate with fork. Cut in squares with pizza cutter. Place in preheated oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Serving Size: 40 2inch Crackers.
