Ingredients

    4.0 serving Walmart Traditional Rotisserie Chicken (1/6 chicken)
    2.0 serving Cheeses mozarella Kraft finely shredded (1/4 cup)
    28.0 gram(s) Cheese, Frigo Shredded Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)
    2.0 tbsp dressing Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch Light
    3.0 serving Great Value Hickory Smoked Bacon (1 serving = 2 slices)
    2.0 tsp Garlic powder
    2.0 tsp Oregano, ground
    1.0 cup Spinach, fresh
    0.25 cup Onions & Peppers, Sauteed

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Cook bacon to your liking. Remove skin and bones from chicken. Set one piece aside to shred later. Mince rest of chicken in food processor. Add 1/4 cup mozarella and 1/4 cup parmesan,oregano, and garlic powder to minced chicken and combine well. Line a pizza pan or cookie sheet with parchment paper and press chicken mixture into a crust. Bake til lightly browned on top. Remove from oven and add ranch dressing, shredded chicken, bacon, peppers and onions and remaining cheese. Bake til cheese melts.

Serving Size: Makes 8 slices-2 slices per serving
