1 tsp Salt
18 Serving Lily's Semi-sweet Baking Chips (45% Cocoa)30 Chips (by MILLMILL)
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
8 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
24 tsp Sweetener, Swerve Granular (by KINSPAPPY)
48 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar Replacement (by GRAMMYOFTWO)
Tips
Experiment with other fat replacements, or replace chocolate chips with raisins, & nuts + cinnamon.
Directions
Preheat oven to 325
add 8 TB coconut oil (solid) & 1/2 cup applesauce 1 cup Brown Swerve and 1/2 cup granulated Swerve. Beat until mixed and incorporated. Add eggs, one at a time, then add 1 TB vanilla. Add 3 cups almond flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking soda. Then add 1 cup rolled oats and fold in i bag Lily's semi sweet baking chips.
drop by rounded TB onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment about 1/2 inches apart (they do not spread much).
Bake for 12-15 minutes - let cool completely before removing.
