    2 Cucumbers (with peel), diced
    1 Onion, diced
    2 Tomatoes, Roma, seeded and diced
    4 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

combine all chopped ingredients, toss in vinegar. add salt and pepper to taste.
