Ingredients

    1 10.6 oz Stonefire Artisan Flatbread
    1 cup tomato Sauce
    8 oz ground mild Italian sausage
    1/4 red bell pepper, chopped or sliced
    1 slice red onions
    1 8 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
    8 oz shredded par skim milk mozzarella cheese

Tips

Make sure you read the instructions on the package before making. The flatbread can cook if thawed or frozen.


Directions

Cook mild Italian sausage in skillet making sure it is cooked through and crumbled. Place sausage in paper towel on a plate to drain. Prepare flatbread according to package instructions. Place tomato sauce on flatbread adding desired seasonings. Spread across flatbread. Add cooked sausage, onion and mushrooms. Sprinkle cheese over the top and cook according to package instructions
