Ingredients

    6 tbsp Trim Healthy Mama Baking Blend
    4 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg
    4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    16 tbsp All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites 3Tbsp= 1 large egg
    6 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder
    4 tbsp Greek cream cheese & yogurt
    4 serving Velveeta Mozzarella Shreds
    12 oz Dynasty Whole Baby Sweet Corn (by SAMMIGRL)
    6 tbsp genepro protein powder (by DLITEB440)
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    2 tbsp sweetener of choice
    Cornbread Extract to taste

Tips

I make these in batches and freeze them. Just wrap 2 (1 serving) in a paper towel and put in a freezer bag (I can fit 2 to 3 servings in a quart bag.


Directions

Blend ingredients in vitamix or available blender. Use a mini waffle maker to make chaffles.
