Ingredients

16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
2.5 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)
1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
2 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
4 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz.
2 tbsp Kikkoman Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1.5 cup Brown Rice, long grain
Directions
Cook Rice according to package instructions.
Cut chicken and vegetables into bite size pieces (about 1-2 inches). For the chicken: saute in 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil and 1 tbsp sesame oil, add 1 tbsp soy sauce towards end of cooking, cook for 1-2 minutes longer, remove from pan and set aside. In the same pan cook vegetables with remaining ingredients. Add chicken back to pan and cook for an additional minute. Serve over the cooked rice
