Ingredients

    8.0 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
    8.0 clove Garlic, minced
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw, minced
    4.0 piece (3-3/4" x 1-3/4" x 1/8") Melba Toast, pureed
    2.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    2.0 tsp Sage, ground
    1.5 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh (16 oz)
    2.5 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) (2 cans - 28 oz) pureed

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except the tomato pureed. Roll the mixture into individual balls, approximately 2 Tbsp for each ball. In a cake pan, 9 x 13, place meatballs next to each other, and pour the tomato puree over the meatballs and season more with sea salt and pepper. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.

Serving Size: 7 meatballs equals 1 serving.
