1.5 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)
2 cup Vegetable Broth
2 1tsp Coconut Oil
1 serving Idahoan Instant Mash Potatoe (Serving 1/2cup) (by BRIGHTBEGINNING)
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper, black
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Colgin Liquid Smoke (by CARLY783)
1 serving Sauce, Great Value Family Size STEAK SAUCE, 1TBSP(15G)
.25 tbsp Dried Hot Red Pepper Flakes (by MATMAN823)
2 serving beef bullion cube (by NEZALHUALIXTLAN)

Directions

2) Put TVP in heat safe bowl. Bring 2 cups vegetable broth and bullion to boil. Add TVP and let sit till TVP absorbs liquid.
3)Add all ingredients to processors and pulse till wellmixed. Finely grate beets before adding to to processor.
4) Form into patties
