All veggies are bought directly precut (fresh). It takes zero effort and almost no time to prep.     450 grams Potato, raw
    522 grams Turkey (light meat)
    200 grams Green Beans (snap)
    72 grams Carrots, raw
    60 grams Carrots, raw
    108 gram leak (by JULEBE)
    72 grams Zucchini
    72 grams Onions, raw
    90 grams Onions, raw
    72 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    150 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    50 grams Olive Oil
    500 gram(s) passata (by CD1626755)
    100 grams Parsley
    450 grams Spinach, fresh
    4 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt
    240 grams Beans, white

Tips

add the greens in the end and cook for only 2 min. Excelent also cold. I like to add 50g of canned lentils just before I eat, for extra fiber.


Directions

Add oil to a hot pan + the meat - to roast o little. add all cut veggies, except the potatoes. cook a little longer.
add 4l boiling water + potatoes.
cook for 25 min.
add passata - cook 2 min
add spinach - cook 2 min
add parsley
