A great way to use very ripe fruit before it goes off.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1 fruit without refuse Mangos
    200 gram KTC coconut milk

Tips

Alternatively use frozen or canned fruit in juice.You can also replace the coconut milk with pure fruit juice if prefered.

Try banana and summer berries too.

Will keep for up to 1 month in the freezer if it lasts that long.


Directions

Blend together well until smooth with no lumps. Freeze overnight in popsicle moulds.

Less than 100 calorie healthy snack.

Serving Size: Makes 6 popsicles 80g each
