Ingredients

3/4 cup 90g whole wheat pastry flour
3/4 cup 60g unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
1 large egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup 80g plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
Directions
Heat the oven to 300 F, and lightly coat an 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk the oil, egg, vanilla, Greek yogurt, and honey until no large lumps remain.
Add the flour mixture, stirring until just incorporated.
Fold in 3 tablespoons of the chocolate chips.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan, and gently press the remaining chopped chocolate into the top. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool completely to room temperature in the pan.
Chill before slicing for the fudgiest texture.
