Ingredients

16 oz. Blue Crab, shelled
1 C. Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 C. Banana peppers, sliced
3 T. Green Onions, (green & white parts), chopped
1 clove Garlic minced
2 T. Extra Light Olive Oil
16 oz. Whole wheat Penne Pasta, cooked
Juice of half fresh Lemon
Salt to taste
Crushed red peppers to taste
Fresh Basil, chopped
Directions
In a large pot of boiling salted water cook pasta to taste.
In a large skillet, heat 1 T. olive oil, add onions and garlic and saute until the garlic is fragrant but not browned, add peppers and saute until softened, add cherry tomatoes and cook just until tomatoes appear shriveled. Remove from pan and set aside.
In same skillet, add the other T. of olive oil, and saute the crab meat until just warmed. Add other ingredients back to the skillet and keep warm.
Drain pasta, reserving a cup of the water.
Combine the Pasta and skillet ingredients and crushed red peppers and salt to taste. Squeeze lemon juice on top and toss lightly. Sprinkle chopped basil on top. Add some of the pasta water if it is too dry.
