Ingredients

    1/2 head of green cabbage, shredded
    2 T cider vinegar
    2 T light mayo
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    1/2 tsp cumin

Directions

in the bottom of a large bowl, whisk vinegar, mayo, salt, and other spices to taste. Add shredded cabbage and toss until cabbage is thoroughly coated. Place in a covered container in the fridge for ~4 hours, until cabbage begins to soften. Shake container periodically to coat with dressing.
