    1 cup chickpeas
    1 15-oz can tomatoes, no salt added
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp garlic, minced
    1 tsp rosemary
    1 tb olive oil


Combine ingredients in a small casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. Serve with a slotted spoon. Makes about 3 3/4-cup servings.

  • Very easy to make. I found the rosemary to be a little strong. I used fresh cherry tomatoes cooked down a little. Next time I will add paprika and a little hot crushed red peppers. - 11/2/07
