Introduction
This is a delicious, sugar-free breakfast meal that can be eaten on the go! It contains 29 gm of protein and 26 gm of carbs with less than 3 gm of fat. Great as a pre-exercise snack! Ingredients

6 egg whites
2-3 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup 1-min oatmeal
6 tsp splenda granulated sweetener
Directions
Serving Size: 1 pan size, or 2-3 pancake size
Add all ingredients into a blender and liquefy. Pour mixture into a 10" fry pan coated with a cooking spray. Cook on one side (until you are able to make the pancake slide freely) and turn over. Pancake will rise slightly. Remove and serve hot or place into sealed container and eat at room temperature.
