This is a fabulous skinny take on traditional apple crisp. Plus, it's so quick and easy to make that your sweet tooth will be satisfied before you're tempted to head for the full-calorie versions in restaurants.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can sugar free apple pie filling (Walmart)
    1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds Cereal (or other granola cereal with about 170 calories per cup)
    1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Directions

Divide apple pie filling into 2 microwave-safe dishes. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and stir. Microwave each serving separately for 4 minutes. Stir well. Sprinkle with each bowl with 1/2 cup cereal. Microwave each bowl 1 minute longer. Serve while hot. This makes 2 large servings or you can divide it up into 3-4 smaller servings. 192 calories per serving for 2 servings.
