Ingredients

    4 flour tortillas
    1 1/2 C shredded cheddar/jack cheese
    Guacamole
    Salsa

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place tortillas on cookie sheet and bake for 2-3 minutes.
Flip tortillas and bake an additional 1-2 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread tortillas equally with cheese.
Return to oven and bake until cheese is completely melted and bubbly
Remove from oven and cut each tortilla into quarters
Serve with salsa and guacamole
