Introduction

This is the result of having too much in my house to eat! LOL It was so easy and delicious. This is the result of having too much in my house to eat! LOL It was so easy and delicious.

Ingredients

    * Scallops, raw, 4 oz
    * Clam, steamed (6 baby clams)
    * Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    * Garlic, 3 clove - minced
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) quartered
    * Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 1 cup
    * White Wine, 1 fl oz

Directions

saute garlic in olive oil. add scallops and baby clams, tomato & broccoli. Once everything's cooked, add the wine and a tsp of butter and let it reduce. Once the juices have reduced, toss with spaghetti and enjoy!
