    Beef, round steak, 500 grams
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Ginger Root, 3 tsp
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Grapeseed Oil, 1 tbsp
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, strips
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 200 grams
    Cabbage, savoy, fresh, 2 cup, shredded
    *Vermicelli, 17 oz
    Teriyaki Sauce, 1 packet
    Grapeseed Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Bean sprouts, 0.5 cup


marinade steak in giner, garlic, soy and oil.
soften vermicelli in boiling water.
prepare vegetables according to personal preference.
grill steak according to personal preference (i like mine rare!)
stirfry veg in 1 tbsp oil, adding teriyaki sauce at end of cooking to boost flavour.
layer noodles, cooked and sliced grilled steak, then top with vegies.
makes 8-10 servings
