    2 slices whole grain bread
    2 slices turkey
    2 slices tomato
    1 half avocado
    1/2 clove garlic, minced


1. Cut avocado in half, take seed out, and scoop out one half.
2. Add garlic to avocado and mash. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Spread the mash on your bread, make your sandwich with the tomato and spinach and enjoy!
