Introduction

I am not sure what site I printed this down from. The sauce is not the most appetizing smell because of the vinegar but very good indeed. I am not sure what site I printed this down from. The sauce is not the most appetizing smell because of the vinegar but very good indeed.

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Cider Vinegar, 1 cup
    Brown Sugar, 5 tsp packed
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Dry Mustard, .5 tsp
    1 oz. Lemon Juice
.25 tsp. Crushed red pepper flakes
    4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

Directions

Preheat oven/grill/broiler (I used 350 degrees on the oven). Spray grills or baking dish with non stick spray. In small saucepan, combine onion, vinegar, brown sugar, juice, salt, dry mustard, pepper flakes, and black pepper; stirring constantly, bring liquid to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes until flavors are blended. Cook chicken turning as needed and basting with some of the onion misture, 20 minutes until browned and juices run clear when pierced with fork. Transfer chicken to serving platter: top with remaining onion mixture.
