Made this for dinner this evening. It was very easy to prepare. Tastes great. I did substitute fresh tomatoes for the stewed tomatoes as I had a few left from the end of the garden! Made this a second time and added sliced mushrooms. Even Better!! - 9/4/08

This was wonderful! Very hearty. The sprinkle of cheddar cheese on top was just the right amount of taste difference to add interest. Loved it!! - 1/23/10

I make stuffed green peppers all the time and thought I would try this healthier version with ground turkey and red peppers for extra Vitamin C. I added a little tomato paste which added exactly what this recipe needed. My hubby and son loved them. Next time I will add a can of corn to the mixtur - 1/13/09
