Another frozen lunch! Sorry, my teriyaki sauce is an ancient japanese family secret, so I won't spill it here, but the chicken is really good marinated in the teriyaki sauce, then grilled. You can boil the sauce after marinating to serve over the chicken, or just use the bottled stuff. Another frozen lunch! Ingredients

    30 oz grilled teriyaki chicken breast
    12 oz teriyaki sauce
    3 cups broccoli florets
    3 cups baby carrots
    3 cups cooked calrose rice

Directions

Pour 2 oz teriyaki sauce into six 2 oz containers (available at Smart and Final) and cover. In a large bowl, microwave baby carrots and broccoli for 4 minutes. Lay out six reusable plastic containers. Scoop 1/2 cup white rice into each. Slice chicken breasts and put 5 oz slices in each container. Add 1 cup broccoli/carrot mixture to each and place 2 oz container of teriyaki sauce in each, then cover and freeze.
To Reheat - take out teriyaki sauce container and thaw in warm water, re-cover, and microwave 3 minutes or until hot. Pour sauce over top and heat another 10-15 seconds to heat up sauce.
