Introduction

This is chicken spaghetti makeover! I love the flavor of the whole wheat spaghetti. This is chicken spaghetti makeover! I love the flavor of the whole wheat spaghetti.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    12 oz. whole wheat spaghetti
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    1 sm. onion, chopped
    1 sm. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbs butter
    1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb 2% Velveeta cheese
    1 can English peas
    1 cup chicken broth

Directions

Boil chicken until done. Boil spaghetti in chicken stock, reserve 1 cup.
Brown onion and green pepper in butter. Add cheese, tomatoes, peas and the 1 cup of stock plus Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until cheese has melted.
Cut chicken into cubes.
Fold in spaghetti and chicken. Put in 13x9 casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
