Ingredients

-2.5 lbs Chicken breast, skinless, boneless.
-6 Small Pitas
-1 C Green Peppers, chopped
-1 C Red Peppers, chopped
-1 C Onions, chopped
-1.5 C Iceburg Lettuce, chopped
-1/2 C Cheddar Cheese, shredded
-1/2 C Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
-1/2 C Monterrey Cheese, shredded
-12 Tbsp of Light Ranch dressing
Directions
First, you will need to cut the chicken into strips.
Then you will have to grill it.
*While chicken is cooking, place pitas in the microwave to heat them up so they are soft, cover on a plate with a towel to keep them warm.
Mix all three cheeses and put in a bowl.
Put the green, and red peppers in a bowl with the onions.
Put the lettuce in a bowl by itself.
*When the chicken is done grilling, place strips of chicken in the pitas.
Allow the family to put their own cheese, lettuce, ranch, and veggie mix into the pita.
