Ingredients

    1 banana
    1c fresh or frozen berries (your choice)
    1 c vanilla flavoured soy beverage
    3/4 c low or fat free yogurt (your choice of flavour)

Directions

In a blender liquefy fruit with small amt of milk. Add remaining milk and hogurt; blend until smooth. If a shake is too thick, add extra milk or soy beverage to achieve desired consistency
