Ingredients

Spinach - 1 package
Milk, Skim - 1cup or more if needed
Water - if needed
Salt
Pepper
Garlic - 2 cloves
Directions
Buy a pack of spinach, chopped it, either with a knife or a chopper. If you do it with a chopper make sure you do not chop too finely. Put the spianch in pot to boil with the milk. Depending on how big your spinach package is, you can add more milk or add water. Boil until spinach is almost ready. The concoction has to be fluidy but not a soup!
Add the garlic cloves, that have been diced, simmer some more until garlic is soft as well. Add spices, salt & pepper.
Serve with 1-2 tbsp of low fat sour-cream or plain yogourt.
Recommended serving size: 2 cups.
