Ingredients

    1 lb stew meat
    2 large potatoes (chopped-1 in cubes)
    1 1/2 cups frozen carrots
    6 cups water
    1/2 medium onion chopped
    4 cloves garlic chopped
    1 pkg onion soup mix
    2 tsp worcestershire
    1 tsp beef bouillon
    1 tsp rosemary
    1 tsp thyme
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/4 cup flour

Directions

Put meat, flour, onion and garlic in frying pan and cook till meat is no longer pink. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high until it begins to boil, then turn down to low. Let cook 5-6 hours.

    Incredible!
    This is super yummy. You can skip the onion soup and put in 2 large onions and some additional salt and pepper instead. To help make it eaven leaner, you can also skip the flour, and have the meat cook a jus. My family devoured it ! - 8/26/09
