Introduction

a little bit tuna salad, a little bit spinach dip....a whole lot yummy! a little bit tuna salad, a little bit spinach dip....a whole lot yummy!

Ingredients

    1/2 can tuna drained
    1/2 c. spinach thawed, cooked, cooled off
    1 tbsp. mayo
    garlic powder to taste
    onion flakes to taste
    cayenne pepper to taste
    dill to taste

    1/2 c spinach, warm to garnish....

    1 OOPSIE roll (SEE RECIPE on Sparkrecipes.com)

Directions

Cook spinach according to package directions......drain and get out as much water as possible...cool in refrigerator or freezer.

Drain a can of tuna....split in half (save other half)

Mix tuna, spinach, mayo and spices of your choice together. server on a warmed Oopsie Roll and garnish with spinach. Sprinkle spinach w/ garlic and butter buds.
