Ingredients

    1 Box Whole Wheat Blend Pasta 13.25 oz
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp dried basil
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
    2 cups cooked cubed chicken breast

Directions

Boil noodles and drain.
Add all other ingredients (not chicken yet)to sauce pan. Simmer 5 minutes. Add cooked chicken and stir until coated and chickn is hot.
Add drained pasta and toss to coat.

You may add parmesan cheese at the table, but this is NOT included in this recipe due to the extra calories.

    Really good! I used 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp margarine instead of 3 tbsp of oil and added asparagus. - 4/23/10

    I didn't add any vegetables this time but I definitely will next time. This had a good flavor but I thought it needed more sauce. I'm going to experiment with it next time and see what I can come up with. Thanks for posting this! - 2/18/09
