Ingredients

    1 cup Silk light vanilla soy milk
    1 Tbsp, ground flaxseed
    160 grams strawberries
    2 packets Sweet 'N Low
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed on the whip, cream, or smoothie setting. Makes one 12 ounce glass.
