Introduction

can use 12 oz. of any fresh berries, or 12 oz. frozen berries. can use 12 oz. of any fresh berries, or 12 oz. frozen berries.

Ingredients

    2 cup plain yogurt
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 cup splenda
    12 oz. fresh raspberries, puréed and strained to remove seeds.

Directions

makes about eight 1/2 cup servings

Combine yogurt, milk and splenda in mixing bowl. With mixer on low speed, add puréed berries( I don't bother with straining the berries if it's not for company) and mix until combined. Pour into ice cream maker until thickened, about 25-30 minutes.

    I USED A SMALL AMOUNT OF STEVIA INSTEAD OF SPLENDA AND 1/2 C MORE YOGURT. YOU CAN MAKE IT TO YOUR TASTE. GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO STORE BOUGHT WHO KNOWS WHAT'S IN THIS STUFF. - 12/12/10
